Renowned Malayalam director and screenwriter Siddique Ismail passed away at the age of 63 after suffering a heart attack. Siddique was under treatment at a hospital for liver-related ailments when he suffered the heart attack on Monday morning.

Siddique was a popular figure in the Malayalam film industry and was known for his incredible humor and gentle nature. His death has left the entire industry in shock, with many celebrities mourning his demise. Dulquer Salmaan, a popular actor, took to Instagram to pen an emotional note about Siddique, calling him "the gentlest soul" and "the kindest human".
